Aside for the day: Here is a link to an article on how to make habits stick. I thought it would be in keeping with my 90 plan - since I used to work at something for 28 days...and not make a permanent change - hence the 90 day experiment.
This article says that making a plan is the first step. Check.
The second step is anticipating challenges - check. (I KNOW there are always challenges where consistency and exercise are concerned in my case.)
The third step is sticking with it - well that's the plan and 90 days is sticking with it for a while. Check.
